If you make quality videos and people love your content, there is nothing you can't achieve. If I'm correct its socialblade, but I rather work hard for better content and views then just aiming on partnership. I think that's a no go if you start a yt account. Just sayin' :)

Socialblade is known to be the easiest, you need only like an average of 85 views a day or something. Personally I wouldn't partner with a third party company.

Like Zebracloak said, Socialblade is the easiest to join with 2500 views a month which is on average about 84-85 per day.

Yes, you need to be quite a big channel. Personally I wouldn't go for Machinima because they don't give you a very good split in terms of money.

I am not really sure if you can switch networks. Some networks let you switch but some don't let you leave their network. There have been a few stories about people who have joined Machinima and couldn't end their contract because Machinima wouldn't let them. However I don't know if it is true or not.
