Earning before adding any payment methods?

Hello,
I opened an AdSense account but have not added any payment methods. Is it possible to earn money on YouTube before adding ANY payment methods on AdSense (without withdrawing it obviousty)? I would like the funds to just sit there before I decide for a payment method... Is that possible?

Information on that would be much appreciated...

yea, adsense wont ask u for payment method till u get to $100.

also u should first verify ur address via PIN code, adsense will ask for it once u hit $10.
