Do views on vid.me count on youtube too?

I tried to look it up so as far as I seen the reason your views on vid.me is not shown on youtube is most likely because its counts as a vid.me account not a youtube account but since i looked this up it might not be true

No I don't think they count. I've got views on vid.me, but they're not showing on YouTube.

nope, its not really embedded, i think it's re uploaded and made to look like it's embedded.

No, they are separate videos. I can understand why they are doing that, but it also kind of stinks because they have no clickable annotations... I wish they'd have an annotation feature added! A lot of my videos use annotations as a clickable "table of contents" kind of thing.
