Do videos have to be a certain length to get video ads

Right now I have two channels, one all my videos are 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds and I have gotten zero video ads the past two months, but a bunch of banner ads. My other channel all the videos are 3 and a half minutes to 4 minutes and I get a lot of video ads. Is there a certain video length you need to get video ads and if so what is it?

to get additional it must past 10 minutes but it should be on all if the videos are monetized.

You can get mid video monetization if it is longer than 10 minutes.

Mid rolls only come up after 10 minutes of content. Preroll ads and banner ads will show up though. If you wanted to see it works, either clean your cache on your browser or go on private browsing and check the video. You'll see the preroll ad that way.
