Do partnership networks automatically approve all videos you need to monetize?

We run a music promotion channel, approximately 20% of our videos need "proof" that we own or have expressed rights. We have this permission but I find it a huge nuisance to have to do this at googles whim every time.

I was wondering if partnership networks automatically approve all videos, or if they need proof as-well.

I was also wondering if partnership networks monetize all videos, and if it's possible to turn off ads in times you wish not to (such as when i'm using adwords to promote the video).

I truly appreciate anyone's insight on this matter.

If you are linked to a CMS account all your videos are available and can be claimed (monetized) Apart from those audio swapped or have content ID claims. Instant ads from the first view

You cannot remove a claim on a video once it's been claimed so if you want to disable ads on the video the only option is to set the usage policy to Track in all countries.
