Do i need to cancel adsense account in order to join a network?

So Mr. green as you see I'm stuck right now, I did contact Adsense and they say 'our system detects a duplicate account' !!
What should I do?

Thanks for the suggestion, I did try this with no good results I will try to contact them again! hopefully, they will solve this!

As i said earlier, there is also a glitch happening to some YouTubers who either mistakenly create a second AdSense, or try to make a legitimate change to their account due to changing country of residence, etc. If this is part the problem you have, all you can do is wait for YouTube to solve it at their end.
