Do big channels get copyright consent

Or does youtube allow the big channels to get away with it.

The reason I ask is this video for example there is quite a big 'Before they were famous channel' that
Shows a BBC clip and the channel in general shows alot of pictures of celebrities

Admittedly, I know very little of copyright law but will they need consent of every celeb they documented? Gained consent for every image they've used?

Some pictures are copyrighted but it is very difficult to claim them. (Video clips and music are easier because of sound). Also, if a channel comments/criticizes on a video clip or song then that will fall under "fair use", it is allowed.

usually you can just filter copyright licenses in google so that is probably what they did. I do that for the vast majority of images, videos, and sounds in my videos so that I have much more leverage in fair use, especially since my videos are educational. There are tons of pictures of celebrities that may not have a copyright license at all.
