Displaying Logos

Hey Guys,

I have a video written out and ready to be created on the evolution of the Apple logo. Of course in order to make it work I have to actually display Apple's logos.

The question is do I get into copyright issues by displaying their logos in my video even if it's for a documentary?

Would this be a deal-breaker for monetization down the line or could it wind up counting as a strike against my account?

I'm still trying to work out all of the copyright stuff.

There aren't any Copyright lawyers on this forum so that's something we wouldn't be able to tell you whether it's legal. If there is an answer to this question then it's just a guess.

You'd only get a copyright strike if Apple files a DMCA complaint against a video of yours (not sure if you thought YT issued these).
