Oh Hai! How do i let Creator X know that I am really really super passionate about making videos? I don't have many subscribers but I know i can get more. My theory is that if i join a partnership i will become motivated to do more videos, or to just know that there is someone by my side helping me through it.

Why do you want to join Creator X? I don't see how it would help you get motivated, they just take a portion of your revenue in exchange for some perks like music libraries.

You show them by continuing to make videos. If you keep making then, you'll get new subs, which will in turn motivate you which will then get you partnered like you want to.

Just continue making HD videos, increase first your daily views, then apply to Fullscreen hub channels like Vlog Union. Don't go with Creator X.

Like everyone else has said, you have to continue to make videos! Work on getting your base first before making any sudden moves! enjoy the subs and views you do have and interact with them! (Very Important)
Also be sure to do your research on various networks and what they can offer as well while you're growing!

Before i was partnered with Fullscreen FAM, i applied to Creator X and their response is not good. There are some complaints that they don't respond to their partners. With Fullscreen the support is fast, it's not a perfect network though but i don't have any problems with them.

I don't think you need a network at all yet, you make vlog/real life videos and not gameplay, so you are very very unlikely to get a copyright strike.
