CREATING YOUTUBE END CARDS/ SHOW VIDS IN CREDITS

Whenever I get to the end of a Youtubers video I always see they add "check out this video" then a brief display of the video pops up and you can click on it and it redirects your page. I tried doing this and I'm not sure if YouTube still allows this as a feature. If it is still available can someone please help?

After you uploaded a video, go to edit (via video manager) and click on the tab 'end screen and annotations'. The annotations feature will be removed in the upcoming weeks, but you are looking for the end cards

(Also, all caps titles are quite unnecessary)
