That's how I understand it. It is likely that the video would be taken down and you'd get a copyright strike if you fight it, but if you are willing to fight that with a counter-notification and get the video back up, the only thing they could respond with is to take you to court. I'm not going to say that won't happen, but I believe it is highly unlikely they would, and if they did, I believe you would have a strong case.

If you don't want to go through this, I'd suggest trying to lower the music, either by the facility or by audio editing after recording. There is a variety of ways you can show a switch to a different time without there being different music playing.
