It could be that Scarlett Records is distributed in the U.S. via The Orchard and Koch. If so, they are probably making a claim on the sound recording copyrights, which if he is uploading to his personal account, could technically need permission to do so, depending on the distribution agreement. I guess he'd need to contact his label to get the orchard and koch to lift the claim.
