In my intro I downloaded a swoosh effect for my videos, and I'm wondering if this could cause any trouble in terms of copyright? I'm not sure if it's a free sound effect or not and it's literally 1 second at the beginning of my video. Could this get me in trouble? My channel is getting close to 250,000 subscribers and it's getting a lot bigger, so that's why I'm wondering... thanks!

It probably could, but it isn't realistic, but maybe like a 5% chance someone claims it with a "real" copyright claim; more likely than not if anything happens might be a fake claim. Good tip for the future tho is using free sfx sites, they have some pretty high quality content there.

I got one copyright claim on my previous channel and I also just used like one sound effect and it was said to be free, so I don`t know.
