Consistency, scheduled updates and self-comments (announcements)

I Love YTtalk
Many people have tons of unused footage, so maybe applies to other channels.
---------------------------
As long as I have a 5 subscriber channel,
I cannot judge if it is a good tactic :)
I just share it as an idea.

I mostly upload stock footage this time of the year
no time to assemble a full video on any topic that I like.
I realized that while editing and rendering was an automated task,
description, tagging, related post in blog and linking was time consumption.
Lately I decided to schedule weekly. Rendering out 6-8 videos
and uploading all together, description, blog post etc. etc. as scheduled.

The only difference from ordinary scheduled is that I started to announce them.
In discussion tab I started to comment weekly "scheduled updates from ...until ..."

Ok this is not big deal, simple comments from my notes on a txt
that I keep track of what I have rendered and not uploaded.

But. It gives consistency. If a viewer check might realize that
(whatever the quality or subject) this channel uploads every day a stock clip.
Among stock I do from time to time a personal or passion project so
maybe it will be easier to push it as long as stock footage already give
a first impression of the way I think, frame a shot, color grade etc.
so the viewer is prepered for what he/she is going to see.

Back in the discussion tab, they can see that this channel is active,
maybe anticipate for a stock clip coming and check back again...

Hope this helps
:)
