Fwed is back, and he'd like a sweet treat. We decided to make a staple of baking, a sweet and delicious, creamy chocolate mixture called ganache. Ganache combines chocolate and cream to make something with the texture of frosting and the richness of a truffle, all with just 3 ingredients!
Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
10.5 oz. milk chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
Chop the chocolate for easier melting. Heat the cream to a simmer and pour over chocolate. Let sit for a few minutes until melted, then stir until smooth. Add the butter and stir until melted. Chill in fridge until just set.
