Channel Playlists & Video design question

I was wondering how to make my playlists show on my channel home like this user

and also how to make my videos display like his under the featured also

You can change the template under the settings on your channel. It's "blogger" under "tabs".

To add playlists, if you have at least one, you can select the playlists you want to be visible from your channel.
