Hi, my son wants to livestream on youtube but the "go live" is not there for him on his user although it is there on mine. Also it keeps saying he is offline when he is clearly signed in and online. Any idea how to make it work please? x

I just took a quick glance at the YouTube Support page and my first guess is maybe his channel hasn't been verified with a phone number?

It wasnt that. It said his account was already verified. Thanks anyway. Any other ideas? Its bad that youtube dont have an email address you can contact them on x
