Can't Disable Monetization

Hello, everyone. I'm an RPM partner and recently lost the ability to disable ads on my videos. It sounds weird, but I don't like to monetize all of my videos.

I no longer have a checkbox under the Monetization tab of the upload page to enable or disable monetization on the video. Has this happened to any other members here? It doesn't seem to be a bug since YouTube even told me it was something new, but I don't know if I'm being forced to monetize all my videos by RPM or what is going on.

I was told "track in all countries" would switch it off It works.

Check if you get the yellow line or if any ads play. Just something to double check.

Haven't they always done that? Since joining them, I've always had all my videos automatically monetized within 2 weeks of publishing them. I just don't like to immediately monetize my videos.

You should check your Contract/Agreement to see if your network has the authority to set your monetization policies.
