Cannot remove an upload from YouTube

Any video uploaded to Youtube can be removed or edited to an extent. Go to the "Creator Studio" then "Video Manager" and then click on the box next to the video you want to delete. Afterwards go to the "Actions" Tab right above your uploads and it'll give you a list of options with "Delete" being near the bottom. Hope that helps.
 
There is an option to switch channels on the Youtube interface. I myself have 3 channels linked to the same email/Google Account. But I can not access the Creator Studio on the other channels unless I switch which account I'm using. But I am not 100% what your issue might be. If you can try adding screenshots in your post so others as well as myself can help you better.

If it's not showing entirely then you can also try contacting Youtube to see if it's a technical problem.
 
Deleted with Video Manager under Creator Studio in one account but could not delete from the other account. It is a private file that I want to delete.
