Can You Monetize The Creation Tools Music?

I'm wondering because the Creation Tools say you can use them "for free" but I used one on my newest video and got a message saying they don't believe I have copyright to use the video. I replied saying that the music track was from the Creation Tools and that I can use them for free but now my video has been under review for 4 days!!! If anyone has any useful information that, would be lovely

I don't think you can. I've added music to a video that was monetized, and it un-monetized it. I think the music is just for "normal" videos.

haha yea I dont like how youtube sits on monetizing videos and you gotta wait for them while they are under review for three days.

yea but then again I wouldn't put it past them to bring that out under the assumption that its for that and then they go oh no you can't monetize that.
