Well, not any age you need to be 13 (I believe) To sign up in the first place.
I think you only have to be 16 to sign a contract and start earning money, otherwise your parents need to sign the contract with you.

1. You need to be atleast over 13
2.You need to be 16 to sign partner contract or with parent premission.
Im 15 and Networked/Partnered ^^ Just ask your parents to sign the contractsalso DON'T JOIN RPM.....
Why don't join RPM?

Thats most likely how it is with every network xD
You also need to remember how many other people are also in the networking and how many people they deal with on a day to day basis.

But im just saying don't go with them NOW because there are so many people that they need to take care of that it might be a problem for new people who want to join them

It's always going to be that way though, There's so many people that adding more people won't help but it won't hinder them anymore than they already are.
