Can someone critique my channel banner/avatar?

I'm gonna be harsh, not being rude though!
Your profile picture is quite small compared to what I would normally see. It doesn't appeal to the viewer, and me personally, would not click on your channel.
However having it in the channel banner is just fine. It's a nice size and gives your audience a more in-depth way to glance at your channel.
For god sakes, do not have the banner white. Think about the people in dark mode!!! You want it to blend with all colors, so choose a more neutral color (look up color wheel).
Your fonts are basic, and not big enough in my opinion. The YouTube symbol describes nothing. Maybe a graph or something? Even then, if the viewer has clicked on your channel, they probably know what you're about, so you don't need to tell them again.
In the end, it's really nice, don't worry about what I or other people say!
