Can Somebody Tell Me About Smosh Games Aliance?

I joined Smosh Games Aliance and now I'm wondering why I joined it? Before I joined I thought it would be a little "partnership" to be apart of, but now I don't like it at all. Can somebody tell me why they like it, or if they don't? Plus will I be able to monetize my gaming videos with them? Then to top it all off I didn't get a choice to put my Paypal information to get payed, only my home address.
 
They are awful for small channels. They offer a average split of 70/30 but they have a $100 threshold. Tie that with a 1 year contract and pretty much small channels will not get anything.

thx for the feedback, i knew they were gonna be bad. i just had feeling :(
 
Well, you should of done a little bit of research first. Sometimes partnerships sound cool and official but really, it's just companies making money off of you.
 
Yes you can monetize gameplay content with them. However, you can do that with any network and even without a network.
