Can other users track my activity on youtube?

Hi, I'll keep it short. I recently had someone mention the frequency at which I posted comments and at what times. Needless to say, I'm a little bothered by this. How would they know? And how can I hide this info? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Other users who don't have a channel can't track it but if you comment 20 times on someone's channel in 5 minutes, then those 20 comments will probably be flagged and the owner of the channel will see them in the "possible spam" tab.
