Can I talk about a reality show I was on?

Hey Guys,

I have a super small channel so I'm not sure if this even matters, but I just wanted to be certian.
Years ago I was on a reality show, so I wanted to make a story time video about how horrible it was and how so unbelievably fake it was. I was planning on saying the name of the show and talk about my experiences with the "characters" that were so s****y to me. The show is no longer on, but I was wondering if I could some how get in trouble (if not now maybe in the future) by mentioning the show and network?

If you guys could let me know your thoughts it would be a huge help!

I imagine it depends on the contract you signed when going on the show. If you had an agreement to not talk about the details then you'd be in a pickle. Otherwise I don't see how they could do anything to you unless you used their footage/other property.

I don't remember if I signed a contract this was like 9 years ago. I'm going to go for it anyway!
