I had a video with some footage from an organization in it. The organization did a claim, but it was denied because my video clearly falls under the fair use guidelines.
At the time, my videos weren't monetized. If I monetize them, will that party have the ability to attempt to dispute it again if it was already denied?
What I don't want to do is mess up the video's date, numbers, and standing within other's liked sections so that it will continue to grow.
