Can a claimant reclaim a video after releasing the claim?

I got a copyright strike on a video, but after I contacted the claimant and requested a retraction, they agreed to do it and released the claim, which reinstated my video and removed the copyright strike. Can they later return to make a claim on that same video again? I have searched for the answer to this question but haven't found anything.
