Your contract will contain the terms in which allow you to leave or rather, not roll over into another commitment.

How can I ask them to unlink , told them that the payment method is effective in my country and they respond to messages after 2 days and more

If you signed a contract you have no way to get out of it unless you want to pay a fine. That's just how it is I'm afraid. Any request you make to unlink will just be ignored.
