Blocking YouTube User Likes/Dislikes

I was thinking about this today, on YouTube when you block someone does that remove their likes/dislikes from your videos? Surely if theyre blocked then any likes/dislikes should be removed too, that is what I would expect. I would also expect them to be blocked from liking or disliking any future videos with that account. Does anyone know the answer to this or able to test if it works?
