Probably the best measure of success on YT is subscribers. I will edit this thread into a list of the top 25 or so. Well, the fact that you responded to the post that would make you "active" and still keep you at number 1. For a definition I'd say a youtuber that posts at least once a month here.

Once a month is not active to me. I would say 1-5 a week minimum
