There are two big things to consider. First, stick to networks that have an office locally. In your case, that would be Big Frame, Fullscreen, Omnia, Collective, and Maker. The other thing to consider is how you make your money. You're going to field a lot of advice from people here on CPMs, but when you reach a certain level (100k subs), that opens the doors to work with advertisers directly, which puts more money in your pocket since you're cutting YouTube and their 45% out of the equation. Pick networks that have very close relationships with advertisers and can help you with branding deals.
With those things in mind, Big Frame may be your best choice. They've recently split into 4 verticals and LGBT is one of them-if they can do the same thing with that vertical that they did with Wonderly, then you're looking at great promotion and exposure off youtube as well as on it. Fullscreen also has a great relationship with advertisers (mainly because of their gorilla program), but it's up to whatever hub you would be placed in-I'm guessing it would be VlogUnion or Callback. I'm not sure if Maker has a vertical for you, but I'm sure they can fit you in somewhere-the only down side is a longer contract as they tend to want 2 year deals. Collective is the same, but they are similar to Big Frame in that their emphasis is not CPM, but branding deals that net you the most income. Omnia focuses on CPM-I'm not entirely sure if they would have the hookups to get you brand deals unless they have several channels like yours already. That was the primary reason they didn't get my business.
Set up meetings with all these networks I mentioned that are local. Talk to them in person (treat it like a job interview) and you'll probably see some of those numbers creep up.
