Best way to grow a new account

Hi all I’m new to the YouTube seen and just stumbled on yttalk.... what an awesome way to meet new people and talk YT .... so anyway I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the best way to get my first 100 subs or how long it toke yours / Useful apps to use or any good basic training sites I should check out....anything like that really.... thankyou in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply
