Bandicam is superior to FRAPS when recording windows AERO. You can basically resize the recording window at will. It's the program you need for what you're doing.

And Adobe Premiere for editing the video. I wouldn't go near After Effects for anything beyond an intro or to create small special effects vids to throw into a proper editor later. It's not for editing video.

Hey everyone, im looking for a new screenrecorder and a video editing tool for my tutorials I make.
I use camtasia 8 and After Effects at the moment.
Yay someone else who uses After Effects for editing!
I also use Bandicam for recording.
