Yes Xsplit will help you record your voice, and they have a free version of their software you can check out. It's also usable for livestreaming if that's something you're interested in doing at some point. I believe their personal license is priced about the same as Fraps or Dxtory is.

hmmm i will definantly check xsplit out because i was looking for a much easier way to record lets plays
