There is nothing better than personalising your experience on YTtalk by uploading an avatar, having an avatar allows others to see who you are and potentially what you do for example if you are a comedian, a more comical avatar may be better suited for you or if you make gaming videos then something related to gaming. It gives you an identity!
Avatar Size
The best size for an avatar on YTtalk is an image that is at least 200x200 px. The bigger the better most of the time as the site will resize any you upload.
Choosing a good avatar
A good avatar will represent who you are, this could be a picture of yourself or it could be your favourite game character or a picture you adore that you found online. With us being a YouTube forum something that represents you and your channel is usually best.
What cant I use as an avatar?
On YTtalk we try and keep things as family friendly as possible and this means we cant allow the uploading of avatars that contain pornography or nudity. If you upload provocative images or ones of a sexual nature which includes anything that is suggestive we will remove such avatars without any warning.
Mine has been removed what should I do?
If you find your avatar has been removed at any time it is for a reason, you may replace the default avatar with another avatar. Repeatedly uploading images of the above nature will result in your account becoming limited where you may not use an avatar.
