Auto-links to social media

I was wondering since the ability to link your videos to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and so on is now gone. How does the youtuber that schedules video releases to the public also link to these social media websites?
My videos get released normally at 1am and I am long gone to beddy bye. Just curious if there is an alternative to getting up in the morning and sharing these videos on the social media websites?

Yeah, YouTube removed the auto-share feature. I know there are tools out there where you can create posts to schedule across your social media platforms, but I've never used them. You could probably find more info by googling "Social Media Scheduling Tools," or something along those lines.
