I have no clue as to what has happend, but as of early desember, whenever I record (be it dxtory or shadowplay), the in-game audio is barely audible. In order to actually hear anything I have to crank up the db. To 11.2 in editing. This happens if I use my headsett or surround sound system (for testing purpose),

I just re-installed my computer as well, and the problem still persists. This problem happend over night, and I have NO idea what to do right now.

I hope someone here knows something.

Just crank the in-game audio of your games higher, i reccomend using OBS, as it's the easiest to balance audio with.

Yeah I would recommend OBS since it records both and you can match levels while recording. It works wonderfully and audio comes out pretty crisp.

  1. In-game audio is at 100% ALL sliders are 100%
  2. I use DxTory most of the time (3 audio files, 1 for microphone, 1 for in-game and 1 for Discord)
  3. I use Shadowplay + Audacity if I dont use DxTory, I absolutely do not enjoy using OBS.
