At what sub count should you release merchandise at?

Why don't you try creating some merch then displaying/wearing them at your videos and check if people inquire in the comments? That would be a good way to gauge interest IMO.

Exactly! You lose almost nothing this way and you could probably just raffle them off to your fans if you wanted to. Every one likes free stuff haha. I'm actually going to be testing this out in the near future.
