All my mates have youtube accounts and they have alot of subscribers and alot of view, but i dont, i just want to know what i am doing wrong and i also want to know how i could make my channel so much better!

just keep making videos and keeping putting a lot of work into them and, you will build up more views, as far as i could see your channel isnt that old so keep at it and viewers will come

YouTube takes a lot of persistence. You have to love doing it for the love of doing it first, the thoughts of being seen by thousands second.
don't give up, keep at it.

Most YouTubers were at it for YEARS before they started getting views.

So don't quit, keep at it. SLow and steady wins the race.

You should try to put some commentaries or in game voice with your videos. Get a decent background to make your channel more appealing, add tags and descriptions to your videos. Also don't use copyright songs and don't give up.
