When you use copyrighted music your video will either be a) monitored by the company that owns the song or the more probable b) YouTube will completely remove the audio to the video.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but that's the only two I've seen happen.
you can stream for as long as you want unless the company who owns the music objects BUT you may not save that video to youtube, if saved, you run the risk of gaining a copyright strike.
