Anyone else use AppleTV 4th generation? Not seeing info or End Cards

I have the AppleTV 4th gen and I'm not seeing Info or End Cards on the YouTube App. I don't see an option to turn it on

you don't see end cards when watching on TV, in fact I believe there's a setting to completely skip parts of videos with end cards
