Hello guys,

My 1st post here. Glad to join
I'd like to create a Youtube channel with some short comedy videos.
The thing is, my idea includes a wood doll that also needs to move.
What do you think it's the best way to achieve this? Should I do it the cheap way and put someone moving it? Without showing the person obviously. Or should it be more like an animation?
I'm a little confused because I'm not sure how I'll do it.
Thank you.

Oh and i'm 30 y old, so it might be a bit late for this lol.

I think it depends on where you are trying to go with this. You probably don’t want to give too much of it away though... it’s hard to tell you which direction to go in. Does the video depend on it being a real doll? If it were animation it would probably make viewers think that you are imagining the doll rather than seeing it for real. There are also times where it could be funny if you see the person moving it. Real could be cool though but the doll’s mouth wouldn’t move- I don’t know if that mattered to you. It probably won’t take too much away from it if you used a real one. Hmmm... I’m not helping am I? Haha

Thanks CristyTango!

Of course you're helping! Actually I really liked some of those ideas.
I'm still not sure on how I will do it yet (story wise) but those tips are more than welcome ;)
