There are quite a lot of changes that you could make, firstly why does your banner have a different name to your channel name? I'd recommend choosing only one name. Secondly your thumbnails have way too much text in them and the background picture don't really tell me much and aren't clear enough.

You also don't have descriptions (other than like my video) which is bad for SEO.

I also recommend putting some more of your playlists on your homepage and to put more in your about page than what you have in there, explain more about yourself. Also watch people like Tim Schmoyer, Derral Eves, Video Influencers and Roberto Blake to get more advice.
