George is on the road with his person, but that doesn't mean he can't take time to look in the mirror and say a few good things to himself about himself! This practice is called "affirmations," and it is a good way to keep up your self esteem through simple talking. Take a moment to look in the mirror, assess yourself and the good qualities you have, and then tell yourself by affirming the good things, how good you are! There! Now you've done some affirmations!
