Ads embedded in my uploaded videos.

My newly posted videos have ads embedded in them. Further probing suggests copyright issues, but I know they don't apply. Suggestions on how I can get rid of these ads?
 
The only time I've had ads show in my videos without my approval or payment was for a video where I dance to I'm Solo from the Star Wars Kinect game. I didn't have rights so they put ads on it when folks watch it. I wasn't flagged - I just don't see revenue from it.
