The first mistake you made was failing to use your real, legal name; this is a requirement of Law. Also, since in addition you obviously didn't own the rights to that anime episode preview, your account was terminated for filing a false legal form for those reasons. I do know that filing a false legal form regarding a matter of copyright is a Federal Offence under US Law; so YouTube was quite correct to terminate your account.

If they hadn't, they might have had court charges drawn up against them.

Addendum: When you set up your YouTube account, you had to give Google your real name to do it; that is how they knew the name was false.
