a clear-cut answer on rockstar youtube upload policy

I've read the rockstar copyright policy, they don't say ANYTHING about adding commentary to our videos. This brings me to my next question.... ugh would it fine to monetize a few minutes of gameplay footage (3-5 minutes) with no commentary in the mix???
