A channel monetization was disabled in June 26 last year & it was having earnings during the month

I have a channel which got monetization disabled, it was disabled June 26 and It was having some earnings in this month, the question is if i get it back to monetization and obviously reconnecting back to adsense am i gonna get this earnings or not?

You should. I was demonitized back when they changed the rules and I had some earnings in my account once I was remonitized and my earnings went over the threshold amount I was paid both my previous earnings as well as new earnings
