5k views but only 70 subs?!

[All Too Easy]

Hi! My YouTube channel is all too easy and it has a pug logo FYI

I have recently had tons of my videos go moderately ‘viral’ with my highest hitting 1k views in less than 3 hours,
Yet I can’t seem to get too many subscribers? And I don’t want to do sub for sub, I want viewers who are dedicated!
What should I do?

Very good. I would make an additional video around the same topic again. Apart from the view count, look at the audience reaction and watch time.

There isn't a formula for this, some channels grow quicker than others, but in general consistent uploads will get you more followers on the long run. Keep building a good quality library and the chances of viewers becoming subs will increase.
