250 subs!

Yesterday I made it to 250 subscribers! I've been quite lucky in the sense that I haven't lost many subs since beginning (only a handful really)

So I'm now a quarter of the way to 1000! It seems like this is the struggle really!

Anyone got any tips on springboarding my way forwards from here!?

I liked your video I saw so you deserve it. Don't worry about dropped subs, if they weren't going to watch anyway they did you a favor by leaving and give you a higher view to sub ratio. Keep it up
